Changelog

New in HeroSpace,most days.

The app updates itself, so if you have HeroSpace, you already have these.

Snooze, send later and remind me if no reply

Snooze a thread until a time you pick, or until just before your next call with someone on it, and it comes back unread. Schedule a reply or a new email to send later, or have Mail remind you if no one answers.

  • Snoozed and Scheduled places in Mail, with G H and G L
  • Send from your Gmail send-as addresses, each with its own signature
  • New email notifications offer Reply, Mark as done and Mark as read, and sign-in codes arrive with Copy code or Open link
  • A Dock menu to start a new email, task or note, ask Claude, or join a meeting as it starts
  • Agents ask before acting once they have read someone else's email, ticket or invite
  • Images in emails and sender logos load through HeroSpace, so senders never see your Mac's IP address
  • Hardened how the app loads its own pages

Mail settings, labels and printing

Settings › Mail now holds your signatures, labels, subscriptions and senders, along with Undo Send's delay and what happens after you reply. In Mail, add or change a thread's labels with L, block a sender, and print or save a thread or ticket as a PDF.

  • Unsubscribe from bulk senders in Settings › Mail › Subscriptions, several at once
  • Search by label with a Label chip or label:
  • Your reply shows who it goes to as its first row, with Cc and Bcc
  • New Calendar events appear the moment you save, and all-day events fold into one line
  • Tabs in Mail, Support and the Inbox show as icons and move with the arrow keys
  • Page Up, Page Down, Home and End scroll an open email or ticket
  • Restarting for an update always installs the newest version

Usage in Settings, and your own event reminders

Settings › Usage shows what HeroSpace had your agents do over the last 7 or 30 days, and how much of each agent's plan limits it used. Calendar events take reminders of your own, with a Mac notification at each.

  • ⌘[ and ⌘] go back and forward through the threads, tickets, notes and events you open
  • Search the list in Settings › Shortcuts
  • ⌘N starts a new chat while the chat panel is open
  • Chat answers link to the Settings page or screen they mention
  • An event's times say how it repeats
  • Events an agent creates show in Calendar right away
  • A click on empty space in Calendar closes the open event

List layouts and a translucent window

Choose how Mail, Support and the Inbox list things: one line per item across the page, or the list beside the open item. Translucency can be off, on the sidebar or, as an experiment, on the whole window.

  • Threads carry labels such as Finance, Sales or Hiring, picked when they're summarized
  • Times read the same way everywhere, in the 12 or 24-hour clock set in Settings › General
  • Select several tickets in Support and mark them read or unread with U
  • Hover a row's task chip to see each task's card

Your own Mail tabs, and VIPs

Make up to 12 tabs of your own in Mail from rules or a Gmail search, or describe one and Claude writes its rules. Press V to make a sender a VIP, and their mail gets its own tab and notifies you wherever Gmail sorts it.

  • A reply in a thread you starred and marked done comes back to Needs you
  • Restarting for an update reopens the thread you were on and keeps your unsent reply
  • New Calendar events can be focus time, out of office or a birthday
  • Write your own notes on a meeting, right under its details
  • The Dock badge can count Mail or Support
  • Turn a note's block into another kind from its handle
  • Mail rows show how many emails a thread holds

Meeting reminders, and more for Support tickets

Get a Mac notification a minute before each meeting, with Join when it has a call, and when someone invites you. In Support, assign a ticket to anyone in the workspace, mark it unread with U, and copy a message or the whole conversation.

  • Every notification says which part of the app it's from
  • Messages you send while an agent works wait in a queue and go in order
  • Let agents search the web, set in Settings › Agents and off until you turn it on
  • Every change in Settings shows a toast with Undo
  • Choose how updates install: automatically, on their own while you're away, or only when you ask
  • Quoted earlier emails fold under a reply, and code in an email reads as code
  • ⌥⌘C copies the address of the person you're writing to

Search everything from ⌘K

⌘K now finds your tasks, notes, people, mail, meetings and tickets as you type, and can change the theme or accent color. Connect more than one Plain account, and pick which account the Inbox shows so work and personal stay apart.

  • Forward an email with F
  • Replying marks a thread done, and an answer brings it back
  • Reply to an earlier message in a thread
  • Download an attachment from its chip
  • A translucent sidebar, set in Settings
  • A Mac notification when an update is ready to install
  • Closing the window keeps HeroSpace running, so the Inbox stays summarized

Undo Send and switching Gmail accounts

Sending now waits a few seconds so you can take it back, and still sends if you close the window or quit. With more than one Gmail account, switch between them in Mail with ⌥1 to ⌥9, while the Inbox lists them all.

  • Everything in the Inbox is summarized before you open it, even while you're away
  • Marking a thread as spam blocks its sender
  • Right-click a row in Mail, Support or the Inbox for its actions
  • Move an event you organize to another of your calendars, or remove its call with Undo
  • The menu bar counts down to your next meeting
  • Agents know your time zone and time format, so the chat stops asking which 10am you mean
  • Turn off the sidebar's counts in Settings › General

HeroSpace's first alpha for Mac

The first alpha puts Up next, Inbox, Mail, Calendar, Support, Tasks and Notes in one Mac app, with the agents you already use, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, doing the work. Access is by invite, and you can request it on the website.

  • Up next lists the emails and tickets waiting on you under Needs you
  • Attach pictures, PDFs and files when you ask an agent
  • Pick which agent summarizes mail and tickets in Settings › Agents
  • Mail search suggests addresses as you type, and summarizes results only when you ask
  • Replies keep their formatting
  • Every empty list says why it's empty
  • Write with Claude sets a new task's status, due date and priority from what you say
